In all cases, safety, quality, and transparency are central. Together, we ensure a stable, reliable operation, with room for customization where necessary.
The owner remains ultimately responsible, while VP Maritime Solutions performs day-to-day management. Technical management and crew are managed by us, but the crew remains on the owner's payroll. The management fee is invoiced monthly.
Full responsibility for the vessel shifts to VP Maritime Solutions. The owner invoices for a monthly bareboat installment, while we handle operations, technical management, crewing, finance & control, and a fixed return for the owner.
VP Maritime Solutions provides tailor-made solutions. For instance, we take over (part of) existing personnel and ensure that the owner's wishes regarding operations and crewing are met as effectively as possible. Naturally, partial solutions are open for discussion. The shipowner invoices a monthly time charter term, guaranteeing him a fixed return.
